Mike Doyle started painting only two years ago to engage in a passion denied for decades. Starting as a hobby, he realized it became a transformative passion. He is fascinated that when presented with a flat and blank canvas, it can be transformed into whatever world he chooses with the use of color, composition, and perspectives. He is further fascinated that the use of these elements can create memories and varied emotions for the observer. Art is a metaphor of the expression of our inner being. Mike's work has been shown in galleries locally and out of town.
