Amber Clisura is the energetic designer behind Salt. Born and raised in San Francisco, her exposure to the eclectic group of cultures that make up the City by the Bay while growing up served as a foundation for her aesthetic, which can be described as Modern Californian. Amber graduated from the California College of Arts and Crafts in the Dean’s Circle with a dual degree in Fashion Design and Fine Art Textiles. Her work is punctuated by color and whimsy that is informed from many different genres ranging from textile history, historical dress, and fine art.
